Imagine, if you will, a world where booze was illegal, and cops raided bars and distilleries... but mj was legal, and people brought bags of herb to parties.

This would make a great theme for a movie.

I was talking to a guy today who is attending AA because he was up to a quart a day of liquor...and it was making him sick to his stomach. The thought at the back of my mind was, why didn't you switch over to MJ?

But the truth of the matter is that a lot of people I think simply don't like mj as difficult as that may be to believe.

His reason for overindulging was a complicated list of family tragedies, including kidnapping, divorce, beatings, fights, and implacable hatred...

Drugs will be around as long as there is pain for which there is no cure. The War on Drugs can continue from now until the end of Time itself. There is no end to it. And war begets war, and violence begets violence.

For my part I simply can't obtain mj at the present time so I occasionally subsist on Tequilla. I guess you could say "The War on Drugs" has succeeded where I am concerned but then again I'm just a voice in the wilderness with no connections.

I will extol the virtues of Tequilla for our friends in law enforcement: it's legal and I don't have to indulge any paranoid fantasies... it's dirt cheap at $20 / 1.75 liters. And it doesn't require cooking skills or smoking. Easy as 1-2-3, put it in your glass, add ice and a little bit of tap water and Presto!

TEQUILA has much more kick than mj, but also more toxicity, on the negative side.

Sometimes we think of law enforcement as "the enemy," because they are out to bust anyone involved in mj. However there are many leo's that have come to realize mj is a beneficial herb that helps more than it harms. Some leo's will give you a break if they bust you with mj. It all depends on your attitude and their own character, whether they are full of hatred or whether they are enlightened.

Hatred and warfare are the natural state of mankind, and it takes a lot of effort and education to break free of this state of being, which is transferred from one generation to the next.

MJ is a gentle, misunderstood plant that God put upon this Earth to help guide the savage and warlike Man into more peaceful and calm pastimes. No surprise then, that warlike Man turned his back upon the herb in 1938, with the passage of the Harrison Act, which made marihuana illegal for the first time in the U.S.A. A few years later, we would be engulfed in world war, an unrelated tragedy, but symptomatic of our inherent violent nature.
