I'm not sure I follow you with the net thing .... but I don't know if I can keep the area clear with no weeds or impurities ... if I do it when things are dying off will it stay clear until plant season? .... and the materials you mention to prepare I simply can't afford ... no income coming in right now so the best I can to is clear away weeds for now. :(
