it's still a bit too too early to put them outdoors full-time...the sun is only up for 12 and a half hours at the end of march. i say wait at least another month, more like 6 or 7 weeks before putting them into the ground. in my area (SW deserts) i have to wait until around the middle or end of may before the sun's up long enough to keep them in veg...especially older ones that have been started indoors.
