When your not using co2 injection I like to keep the air flowing all the time. The only exception is 12 pm to 7 am as the outside air is below 65d.f. that usualy is in the winter. The normal co2 levels are about 300 ppm and its free. If you can make the intake in the house there higher levels there. Also you must use caution with the damn noise, and intake. I use a intake filter with a pantyhose over the first intake then a hepa filter, damn bugs gota be real small to fit in to a hepa filter.
