1 make sure they are full service not electronic ballast.
I would not buy for walliemart especialy bulbs
when you start out the plants you want ot use styrophome cups with perlite 75% and 25% vermulite (SP)
once started out you can put them in to Buckets they use to go to the beach about 1/2 gal or 2 liters. they are blue, red yellow I like the blue as it prevents light from getting on the rots. Once they are bigger than 13-16 oz put them in to the beach buckets with lots of holes in the bottom 3/8 , you can find net pots and use 3/8 granite.
Its alot cheaper to do it you self then the buy a micky mouse system. nothing against mickey mouse.
Air stones that with the pump /s will keep solution moving up.
Hell fuzzy practice on tomatoes , you will be supprised on how much they will produce.
