first,depending on how much shake you have,(1/2 pound for example) put it in freezer for 1 hour ...meanwhile have very big container with ice and water(get temp down to zero) put in shake(maybe not all, but half,depending on size of container)...put lid or top on and shake like hell for about 10 minutes....put in ice chest and pack with ice for 15 minutes, take out and shake again and put in chest again( some people use mixers to stir up but this destroys glands) have screens and filters ready to catch resin......take container out of chest, skim off top vegetative stuff and you will have tris, mixed with water ....use your screens to gradually pour water out into them and finally into filter( i use paper coffee filter to catch tris) don't go fast,you can get good results depending on size of screens used...end result is hash in bottom of coffee filter(quantity and quality depends on materials used)....dry gradually and press or sprinkle on weed or whatever. also , a good bag is a paint filter bag ,one gallon size, for anyone who can't find a good screen or bag ,try that...you can get them at Home Depot for .98 cents(they look like those nets that food servers wear) and they are pretty durable and fine net....K.
