cut them down when 60% of the white hairs have turned brown ...
if you go to the spot there will be 2 kinds of plants
male and female the difference is easy the male dont have white hairs on them they have little bollox shaped flowers
if there are any of these plants kill them now !!!! other wize you'll get fuck loads of seeds
