Another question about flowering time for George J

I went to 12/12 almost 2 weeks ago. Finally, my plant is sprouting flowers all over. Do I start counting my flowering time from the day I went to 12/12 or from the time the flowers started to appear? I want to get my harvest time just right and the 2 week differential between 12/12 and the appearance of flowers leaves too much margin for error. Thanks in advance.
