A few decades ago here in Ozz some would spray weak and mediocre buds with HORSE tranquilizer to make them do soemthing to the buyers. It did soemthing alright... it gave them massive headaches, stomach cramps and a bad bout of dihorrea the following days.
In the States around that same time, some wise guys were spraying buds with DMT to make them halucigenic. Problem being the effects of the DMT were easily detected as it's very short lasting but very intense.
There was also a case of some nut spraying buds with a lethal toxin in the States many years ago that killed a number of poeple before anyone realised what was causing it. The FBI and then the CIA got involved and tracked him down. Multiple life sentences for his greed is what they gave him...and I applaude them for that.
