Hi TooParo,
If the Winter's sun in your area is strong enough to flower cannbis outdoors, then yes, you can do it. But if not, then you can't.
Many areas of the world have enough winter Sunlight to do it, but they don't because of the cold winter temps. If you however set a Radionics station up like this one, and provide warmth in the growroom, then it will work OK.
Let us also not forget that for Cannabis to reach it's peak flowering/resin production it requires a photoperiod of at least 10hours...so if your winters Sun is shorter, then supplement it with artificial light to a total of 12 hour days to maximise yield and potency.
But if you can Tparo, wait till the real McCoy Summer's sun is around, as the ambient temps are much better then also, let alone the extreme intensity of the Sun which favours the Cannabis also. Once you reap the benefits of the summer sun , then you can do what you have to to make it work for you in winter. That way, if you winter grow is too hard to do, you won't be pissed having harvested a good bag from Summer. Make the system pay for itself ASAP I'd say... go summer first.
refractel... an idea is something which is yet to be practically proven... What I showed you has gone way past the 'idea' stage.
