If I could, I'd like to get some realistic input from some seasoned growers.
I live in a two bedroom apartment in North Texas. Plenty of closets but with a small child and less than supportive wife (in regards to marijuana smoking and growing), growing inside is not an option.
However, I do have an outside utility closet that could be used for a washer and dryer, but right now just has boxes of stuff left unpacked. There's one light fixture above. It does have a vent for a dryer connection, so I figure I could fashion some sort of ventilation to vent out smell, although it would be risky as I live on the corner of our building. The room itself measures approx 10ft high, 5 ft across, and probably 4 or 5ft deep.
Considering getting optimal nutes, using compact flourescents, using scroging (sp?) to get a bushier plant, could this space be used for growing and produce a plant with a fair amount of quality? I'm not looking to start an herb farm, 1 or 2(max) plants purely for personal comfort.
Any help would be appreciated.
