Interesting thread. My experience tells me that those seeds will not carry the 'hermie' trait through, although wingwang is correct in stating that the seeds from your female plant will be feminsed seeds, so some bonus there.
You dont need to go back to 24 hour light to reveg, 18/6 will do just as well, trim her back well and remove as much as you can, what you need to leave are the tiny new leaves around the lower part of the plant. This is my current reveg....she simply stoof in front of a small envirolight for 4 weeks then back into 12/12.
