Leaf sweating is natural if the leaf touches another leaf, or wall. Its not a huge problem with younger plants as a rule, but it COULD lead to mold or mildew in the garden if the sweating is very heavy. Its more of a concern when they get into the bloom stage as it might cause bud rot and ruin the crop.
You should always have an occilating fan running, and gently blowing the leaves around. You dont need a hurricane, just gently moving the leaves around is pefect. That will help some of the water evaporate, keep mold down, and strengthen the stems. These are all good for the plants.
You could spread the plants out some so the leaves dont overlap each other. Another thing is to keep the air moving during both light and dark cycles. If you seal up the room at nite to prevent light leaks, that also seals in the moisture. Again, an occilating fan will help. A better solution would be to extract the moist air with an outlet fan. That would allow incoming dryer air to replace the humid air. You really need to get a cheapo combination temp/humidity meter for the garden so you know exactly how hot and humid it gets. I bought a few from walmart some yrs ago for around ten bucks. They can measure either the inside temp/hum, or they have an outside probe on about a 10ft long wire that you can measure temp/hum with, like if you wanted to put the probe out a window, or mount the display outside the growroom and not need to go in the room.
