Sub?BOOBS?stituion (Female Substitution Method)
SUPPLIES NEEDED
1. Digital thermometer
2. Two 1 oz / 30ml Visine bottles
3. Baby Strip Thermometers.
4. Home Test (optional but always a good starting point).
5. Clean Urine (before test) for practice use water
So far your investment is around $15.00 not including the Home Test which is about $15.00 or less at a drug store, if you are getting the one that only checks for THC. Your supplies will last forever except for the strip thermometers; they come 6 or so to a pack. You may or may not need to re-up on them once you get the system down. So far this investment is less than 1 bottle of the Miracle Detox drinks or Pills and this is guaranteed to work.
Take the Home Test to see if you pass or fail. This gives you an idea of where you stand, especially if you plan to use dilution method as a back-up which is a good idea. The chances of being watched are very, very, very slim but better to be safe than sorry. N2 (the MASTER MIND) has the Dilution and Substitution Guidelines posted on the board also. This one is tailored just for the LADIES.
1.Take your digital thermometer and place it under your armpit hold it down to get your temperature. When it beeps remove it and read it. This gives you and idea of what your body temperature is. Write this reading down. Ladies if you place your hand under your breast on your ribcage you will notice that this is a naturally warm place.
2.Now pour out the Visine, remove caps and fill your bottles to the top with tap water. Let it sit for 30 minutes to get it to room temperature. Don?t place the bottles on a cold counter or cold surface. Stick in your digital thermometer you should not get a reading because the water should be below 90 degrees
3.Place one of the baby temperature strips on one or both bottles and then put 1 Visine bottle under each breast.
4.Now put on a regular bra and then a sports bra. Sports bras are like half tops they add that extra security you need so the bottles won?t move and it helps hold them close to your body to maintain your body temperature. Put on a tee shirt if you want and a regular top or sweater. (I just put on a top or a form fitting sweater after the sports bra. I don?t want to look bulky going to the lab, but there is no law saying you can?t wear an over-sized sweater or shirt to a lab). Depending on your weather conditions make sure no air is getting down your shirt. (Right now it is winter time for me). If you are in a warm climate this will work with a sports bra and just a tee shirt you don?t want your sample getting over 99 degrees that is just as important as staying above 90. Even though the labs say between 90-100. (I like to be safe and be above 90 degrees and at 99 degrees max).
5.Leave the Visine bottles in your bra for 30 to 45 minutes, remove and take temperature with the digital thermometer, write down reading, also look at the temperature strip and see what it reads, write that down to. This will be a great indicator as to how your own body temperature works. You should have raised the sample to above 90 degrees. If you have successfully raised the temperature to 90 degrees or above you are on your way. Place the bottles back in your bra and leave them in check the temperature every 40 minutes for 2 hours to see how long you can maintain it, or/ if and how much it drops over-time. (During my testing phase no matter how long I kept it in my bra it stayed around 94 degrees. I went outside shopped with them in, wore my coat open and it still maintained an acceptable temperature. I checked when I got home). I like using the baby strips because when you pull in the parking lot of the testing site you can sneak the bottle out to check the temperature just to make sure you are good before you go in. This saves you from worrying and wondering what it is reading before you go in. Also if you need to warm it a little you should have a cup of hot water in the car in case you need to stick the bottles it in for a minute before you go in, this is a worst case scenario. If you have been able to maintain the temperature you will not need to warm it again or even check before you go in.
6.Now PRACTICE removing your caps silently and pouring your sample in a cup silently. This also takes practice (If you purchased a home test you will have a great plastic cup to practice with). Time yourself to do this in 3 minutes or less. Remove caps slowly so you can not hear them opening, also pour your water into the cup by tilting the cup so it runs down the side of the cup and does not make the plopping sound hitting the bottom of the cup. Now screw caps back on and place the bottles back in your bra. (My last time I was running out of time so I put the bottles in my sock before I left the bathroom). Be prepared to improvise. ( Both times I carried 2 Visine bottle worth of urine but was only asked to fill each time with 1 bottles worth 1 oz./ 30ml. I used both just to go the extra mile, and some labs will require the whole 2 ounces /60ml).
7.This may sound like a lot to do but I guarantee once you practice you will find out what a breeze it is. YOU WILL NOT BE SEARCHED AT A LAB. I am talking about regular tests here; I have no idea what goes on for people on Probation, Parole, or anything involving the LAW, COURTS, PROBATION OFFICERS, ETC?. They may question you if you look like you are concealing something. You must lock purses up, remove jackets, and they may ask you to empty your pockets. On 2 occasions I was never asked to empty my pockets. They did ask me to wash my hands both times before I went in and they said DO NOT USE SOAP. Do not plan on using water at the Labs it is blue in the toilet and turned off at the sink or sometimes blue in the sink.
***You do not need massive breasts to use this method.
