I too bought a MAGNUM synthetic kit last week, and I had a test this week. I ended up using Dr. Greens instead because the MAGNUM looked to yellow/orange. I called the 800 number on the CleanStream box (it says it has MAGNUM synthetic in it) He told me it should pass all tests, even the GC/MS however his rationale was not complete. He said that it should pass because it contained no drugs.
I have had a difficult time finding complete answers pertaining to how QUEST tests specimens. Does anyone know why they do a split test? I am sure I will pass an EMIT test however if they have a way to detect synthetic, I may be in trouble.
I went to about 6 head shops and none of them sold “quick fix” One more reason I went with the Dr. Greens was that I read somewhere that they are both made by Spectrum Labs. I don’t know if it is just a marketing thing or what but no place had I gone to sold quick fix.
One thing I kind of messed up on was squeezing the bottle to much. I knew the guy was right outside the door and I was taking too long. He asked me if I was having any problems and I told him I was having a hard time starting.
Once I got out he did not look at the temp that close nor did he look it over very well. He split it into two vials and had me sign. I was a bit nervous however it seemed to go OK. Now is just the waiting game to see if they can detect synthetic.
Another thing that I keep in mind is Quest is just another company that wants to make a quick buck. I don’t think they will test for anything they are not paid for. I hope the /NIT at the end of my test code means they only look for “adulterants”
This is my first post on this great message board. I will be sure to let you guys know what happens for the benefit of everyone. I know I have read almost every post in the past week or so.
