This just recently happened to me, I think it is just KB, But what happened was I took a hit and it was a BIG hit, HUGE. I really didnt know exactly how much i was getting. Untill i caughed my brains out and spit up phlegm into my trash barrel and my eyes teared. I wasnt expecting such a huge hit. Anyway, I had a Major Panic Attack. I went downstairs and I ate a piece of pumpkin pie. I figure anything with sugar can bring me out of this. Well it wasnt helping, I felt my heart pounding again and I was shivering. Also I could feel waves of energy here and there, no pops though. I sat in a chair and much like you described I felt like i was fading in and out. I tried holding onto conciousness though figureing it made me more comfortable. Like you said, trying to find a comfortable spot in my mind to relax till its over. I sat there till about 7am and kept myself warm with a blanket and listened to the TV, I fucking hat infomercials. I kept flipping channels till i got something i liked. I was eating Ziti (carbs which make insuline, said to bring you out of a high) and when i was able to get up and walk again I went and had some Ice Cream. I had woken my Grandmother up and she made me the plate of Ziti, I told her what I had done and even she said, It wont kill you, just relax and try to sleep, yea right. i just sat there and waited and kept reminding myself to be strong and hang in there. I still kinda thought i was going to die but i just sat there and waited. My heart had pounded and went fast for a while But I controled it and just relaxed untill it was over.
I kinda feel a little crappy right now just kinda tired. I dont feel scared or fucked up or anything. However I think when you smoke it sbest to take baby steps and smoke easily instead of trying to smoke CRAZY amounts. Only one hit is all I took but it was HUGE. and Look what that was able to cause. Im going to be taking a break for a while.
