Same here. I've always had some panic/anxiety issues, but one time I was smoking with my roommate and afterwards I was just chillin and my heart started pounding all irregularly. It threw me into a crazy panic I thought I was having a heart attack or a stroke or something. My head felt pressurized, I was getting weird visuals. I remember telling my roommate I may need to go to the ER, but I hate hospitals so I sat there, tried to focus on other stuff. Eventually I felt better, just really worn out. Wasn't the first time it had happened, but it's been at least 3 years since it happened last. I do still get irregular heartbeat sometimes with hardcore sativas which sucks cuz thats my favorite!
