With all due respect (and a hello) to everyone around the world, California has the best bud.
One could make the argument that the near-perfect agricultural conditions are the reason for this, but I think it's because soooooooooo many people smoke here that the market requires that everything for sale be high quality. In fact, most stuff around here is indoor and could theoretically be grown anywhere.
There is such an abundance of the good stuff here that low-end stuff can't even be sold, even at discount prices.
Competition from the numerous cannabis clubs (there are hundreds) and the old-fashioned dealers is such that growers don't cut any corners or spare any expense.
