This has nothing to do with Bush/Cheney. Also, I think Craig,and Foley are both a disgrace. Especially Craig, who went back on his word to resign.
I don't think Spitzer will be prosecuted on the sex crime itself. However, it turns out that the fact that both the money transfers and the hooker herself were transfered across state lines, it's a felony.
Spitzer won't resign until he has a deal in place that he won't be prosecuted.
I'd like to see him impeached if he won't resign asap.
