But despite the GROWING inmate prison population here expected to reach 100,000 and 20% of them are non-violent drug offenders.....he will not recommend law changes here...ASSHOLE!!!!!! HYPOCRIT!!!! HE should be in prison....he did drugs. But he would probably enjoy "being somebody's bitch".... OH BTW ...I am not homophobic before I get trounced by my enemies...LOL... at a cost of $19,000 a year to incarcerate them....per inmate. FUCK YOU CHARLIE YOU CLOSET HOMO! Forgive me as legalization here in Florida is my passion. But State Sen. Victor Crist[no relaton]....said "state drug laws are antiquated!!!!" I like this guy...can't he be VP???
