ummmmmmm Hempity...if you love America...you should show respect and capitalize U.S. to show it ....that is exactly WHY some of us Americans feel that people in Canada dislike us and disrespect our country. But I have the good fortune of knowing and working with Canadians and they really are not much different than us...Canada is just a big melting pot of different ideologies/ethnics/religions tilted toward the LIBERAL SIDE! I can't even distinguish your accents other ya;ll say "eh" a lot. Someone has to tell me they are Canadian because there is no difference in them and YANKEES IMHO anyway. they all look down on "REDNECKS".....discrimination in my own damn country......LOL!
I am not chastizing you Hempity because I do respect you. Just offering an opinion on WHY we MIGHT think you are a U.S. hater......but at your age I am sure you have evolved not to really HATE anybody because you realize as I do that hate only destroys "SELF" and not those you hate. I learned that from reading about Richard Nixon....He was a wise man who got caught being STUPID!
