I hear ya about the CEP,we are the best in the world when it comes to that,but just barely,and it used to be a part of our nuclear deterrent profile but that's been narrowed down now,since Bill Clinton kow-towed to the red chinese and allowed Loral targetting tech to be transferred in order to produce a counter-deterrent for ourselves so that we would think twice before launching nukes against them.
