It is impossible to make cocaine from caff.  The chemicals are
different,  even being soak in a substance that contains the main
compoent of C4 explosive.  But with a NICE chem. set one can make a meth
like substance that will effect the pleasure centers of the brain. 
Caff. only speeds up mental and physical function in the body,  its
compostion even alterted with potassium col. would not make it effect
the pleasure center,  the M2/M3 cross over function could be made in
this fashion if one was to heat the product to the evaporation point of
the chemical of lowest heat evap.  which  salt  {REAL SALT} aka sea salt
sugar from pure sugar cane or bleach,  but with bleach on comes to the
point of many chems that would remain and be very carthogenic,   unless
of course you had a almost pure potassium chorline chem.  which would
require 2 or so years of college chemistry,  or you could take basic
college chem 101 and just steal some,  but be very cautious,   mixed
with caff,  potassium chol.  and REAL SALT or sugar,  heated slowly to
just before the explosive point of the potassium clor.  one would make a
fake coke that would speed you way up and give much pleasure b/c there
would be a chem reaction that would cause M2/M3 cross over,  those who
do not know what M2 recptor in the brain is,   it is the center in which
hydrocodone, oxycodone,  morphine,  herione,  etc   sti,ulate some
opiotes stiumlate b/c of the meth adfinadmate constitutes from there
fake construction,  oxycodone and hydrocodone, and hydromorphine aka
pharm herion   these are real easy to make all one needs is codeine or
morphine and almost pure acids from a local hard ware store,  and a nice
