Vertoro. I sent them a cashiers check via certified mail, back in January. They have never returned my emails or calls.
My gold vendor's customer service has been nice enough to try to contact them on my behalf. But, they too have heard nothing in reply. They told me Vertoro usually waits to buy in bulk, but agreed three and a half months is unacceptable. They also said they get a lot of complaints about them. I don't understand why they continue to list Vertoro as a PREO service on their website. I'm just glad that I didn't invest a large amount of money. I guess it's possible that their business is about to go under, considering all the complaints they have against them.
