Maybe he came across someone high on pcp during his work and he started freaking out thinking it was laced. He did mention to the 911 operator that he thought the pot was laced. I'm guessing it was just strong pot and he had too much of it. Laced pot is very rare. justice was served him for stealing weed he took from a previous bust.
