A cop at a convenience store though he saw a drug deal going down and called for back up. As the 2 officers approached the car, one of the persons inside made an abrupt move that alerted the cops. The first cop fired and the second one tazered him. Now I am not saying the cops shouldn't react if they are in danger, but is it really necessary to tazer a person that has already been shot?
