The officer was probably correct that 'usage constitutes possession', but if they didn't test your blood or urine then there is no way for them to prove that you had any in you. Sometimes cops are just dicks. Look up the law; do some research. I doubt you'll be convicted just going by what you've said IF you know the law going on. Out of curiosity, what is going on with your friend and how old are you guys? Thanks.
