Go to California, preferably around Mendecino or Humboldt (avoid Del Norte and Siskiyou)! Get copies of your family's medical records and then hit NORML's list of cannabis friendly doctors. Virtually everyone who has a legit medical problem is approved. Out of the big cities is more affordable. Many counties have FREE after school programs- I know my little rural school has one, and we do have an autistic boy in the program. Go for it, dear!
