you can check it out any time. it's open and empty except for some furniture (lazyboy couch, entertainment center and a bed that can be left if needed) but you'll need to act fast as i will be selling it if you don't take it. i'm really not into being a land baron any more and one house is more than enough for me!
it's a 3br, 2ba trailer on a large private corner lot with a fenced-in backyard (6' cedar and great for dogs). i had the interior gutted and totally redone by a licensed contractor right after i bought it 2 years ago and now has all new appliances, wood floors throughout, fresh paint and new a/c in 3 windows and swamp cooler in the ceiling. the main bedroom has been wired for high amps and is capable of running up to 6 1k's in it and another room is wired for 2 1k's so vegging and flowering indoors is ready and waiting! it's in alamo, about 100 miles NNE of vegas but a quick and easy drive into the big city (not a single stop signor light the entire way!), altho alamo has pretty much everything one would need to get by on (grocery, bank, med clinic, schools and parks)...and it's in the high desert (the great basin desert) so it's about 10 degrees cooler during the day and 15-20 degrees cooler at night compared to vegas. all the schools are within an easy walking distance and they're well known state-wide for being excellent in all ways (it's a mormon town...no wonder, eh?) plus there's a rodeo and baseball diamonds a block away and other parks nearby to run the kids and dogs...including a great little hot springs 6 miles north and a string of small lakes (pahranaghat lake and excellent for lg mouth bass) 3 miles to the south. move-in costs would only be whatever it is for deposits for utilities and 500 damage deposit (fully refundable) to me then afterwards you pay only the utilities and whatever it costs to live. the only catch is i get a little piece of the backyard for 3 or 4 plants and you put me up for a night or two when i visit for my dr's appts which only happens a few times/year (the couch is fine and even the backyard would be great as long as weather permits).
or if you prefer living in the big city i can connect you with housing assistance and friends there that can help you get acquainted with the area...and that most important doctor that will sign the state forms!
so start thinking about now and let me know by the tax deadline...
