Don't get weed from strangers. SOMEbody you know has a source. But don't think you can figure it out by guessing - sometimes people look like smokers but they aren't.
A line I used to use in case I asked the wrong person is that I had a relative with cancer and it was for them. Shady, shameful I know but I was needing it bad.
Buying from strangers is a good way to have bad things happen to you.
But, if you absolutely must, at least conduct the transaction in public with people around and with an escape route if things don't go according to plan.
Honestly, given your age and, with all due respect, lack of worldliness, I'd go to a bar late, find an ugly chick with a hot friend and just tag along. Bound to be some weed to go around in that scenario.
