Right now, one puff from one joint filled with dirt would do me solid, lol. But I've found the more often you smoke, the more it takes. When I'm in the mix, I try to take smoke one week, and then break for one week. On that schedule, I can make a joint last the whole day...4 solid hits in the morning, maybe two or three in the afternoon, and then finish up at night. But like the post above me noted, there are A LOT of different factors that contribute to it.
