my friend has bought a volcano for around $500ish and my other friend bought a $60 glass bong. each has its different highs but bongs tend to hit you harder and you can get much higher, in my opinion. however, the volcano gives a cleaner high and the next day seems pretty nice, compared to bong highs which gets my nose very stuffy the next day with nasty stuff.
i was actually going to do a controlled experiment on this once i get some more stuff, maybe i'll post it up someday.
