if my guy is out of town, what i do is go to the local park (where familys go) and theres a bench down there where all the potheads/stoners sit and smoke, (all around the park actually)
go down to a park, find a group of people that look like they wont murk you on the spot, some nice high looking people, and ask them nicely if any of them has some weed they want to sell. if they do, they'll be eager to make a sale, if not (BTW i do live in BC, its easy as hell to find it here, and ive noticed that the people are alot nicer here than anywhere else)
