In a cellar it would be a death trap. co2 goes to the lowest part and displaces air 5. hose clamps everything 6 largest holding tank you can get , stable ph and ppm is where its at 7 paint everything flat white floors also 8 automation using a computer and printer relay control with relay runner software. Now I have only done it for a few decades so still learning. O YEA #1 should be BUY A EXPENSIVE PH AND PPM METER It will be the cheapest thing you will ever buy. It is the steering wheel of the system.
