(Info) March 02, 2008 12:49:05 ET In Reply to: topping bending and pinching posted by yummie (Info) February 29, 2008 19:00:04 ET you might be amazed what comes up when you type "bending" or "pinching" into our search window here...! don't let that search function be intimidating... pinching is usually only done when the plant is early in the seedling stage. doing it later will take up a lot of time for the plant to recover and most likely will decrease the yield rather than increase it, as it usually does if pinched very early...like the 3rd or 4th node (right after they have grown it...don't pinch down there if you're on the 12th or something silly like that)
