Looking decent....apparently the overwatering is under control. A bit of stretching for sure. Its because youre using floros. They simply dont have enough strength to keep the internodes short when the plants come out of the seedling stage to the veg stage. Yep, ya gotta keep floros almost right on top of them to see good growth, and more floros would help, but i would recommend getting a 400w HID lite.
On another note, the leaf curling upward like a canoe in the top right of the pic is from excess heat. I suspect that particular leaf is directly under a bulb? Anytime a leaf curls upward like yours does, its always from being too hot. Thats kinda confusing, i bet, one saying the light needs to be very close another saying the lite is too close. You do need to keep the lite very close, but you also need to be aware of the temp at the plant tops. A fan blowing gently on them would help in several ways, but in this situation, it would help to blow away the excess heat. Your whole plant wont die from that one curled up leaf, but that leaf likely will dry and die in a few days. Again, not a big deal to lose a leaf, but fan leaves are the factories that feed the plants, and every fan leaf that dies will have a slightly negative effect in the end. Looking good all in all tho.
