if you would look you would see this is the general (aka 'basic') INDOOR room, not the outdoor board which is down the hall a bit...
and don't knock doing it the proper way and advice from those who have more experience with grows and helping others get there. going cheap will get results and if a mediocre harvest is all that's required then you're in business but until you try using the tried and proven methods i suggest keeping the advice for others to a minimum. many here have decades of experience doing this both indoors and out and newb's would do well by listening and not looking right away for the easy and cheap way out...save the shorcuts and experiments for the time when you can afford to lose a few plants.
