george is right, I WOULD flush the hell out of the plants. Do not use premix soil, as you do not have a base line to grow pot. When you start out with soil/growing medium you need to start off slow. You also do not need much light , 4 ft full service ballast and full service cool white bulbs do the trick. At the plant top you should be able to hold your hand there for a hour and it should not be hot just warm. Pot will grow with plain water and most mediums, perlite/vermulite. BUT when you add ferts you sneek up on the amounts, to the point of 1/16 in to 1/8 leaf tip burn.
