Hey fellas,
So I figured this would be the place to come for help with my new PPM meter.
I got the Hanna Gro all in one PH/EC/TDS/Temp meter!!!
I know I know its frickin sweet...lol....except I have no idea what to do now...Hahaha
No I read the directions though and I get the jist of it...
it has been calibrated
Found out my ph of my faucet water is 9.13...ewwww my PPM of my faucet water is even uglier...278 ewwww
So I came to the conclusion no matter what for now on I will be buying water from the store
ok guys so here is the question...
I have tons of food for my babies, but what do I do PPM wise...I see the charts for medium plants it says 300-600 PPM.
Is that just for the main veg bute or is that 600ppm for all nutes combined?
Here is my feeding regime, if you could give me sorta a step by step or something?
Foxfarm Growbig (currently recieving one half teaspoon/gallon)
Liquid Karma @ recommended doasge for vegging...like 10-15ML/gallon
Silca Blast (will be first time using) Cal-Mag (first time using as well)
Superthrive when needed hydrogen peroxide epsom salts (no longer needed cause of cal mag but I got some) Europhric PH Down
These Ladies are for Mothers only so no flower nutes will be needed...I do have tiger bloom and rainbow mix (blood meal, guano, sea kelp, high phosphurus basically)
Here is what I think I should do:
buy my water-check PPM
add growbig @ my current dosage and check PPM, then lower/raise to my desired amount in 1 gallon of water
Do I check each componet in its own gallon of water till I figure out the dose and PPM I will get from application ?
Im confused guys and hopefully your not...what do I do.??
Ladies are on day 23 of growing...they have no problem with nutes except one did, but I suspect PH has not been good...they are in Pro-mix with 20% perlite added....they have shown minor leaf curl due to magnesium deficency...or possibly PH...and only the Kush strains have done so...one plant fried in like 12 hours last time I nuted..my favorte one... :( ...has the fattest indica leaves I have ever seen in my life...got the strin from some good smoke, prolly british columbian weed....only saved four seeds all year and this one cracked and wasnt a runt...I flushed that one real good...trimmed off dead leaf parts...and all ew growth is doing good just slightly stunted...I think that strain was just sensitive cause the rest of them loved it...
where do i start...what do I do...what would you do...any insight would be appreciated..
