You have to complete one offer so I signed up for blockbuster online for $9.99 first month, then $19.99/mo after that (I'll cancel after I get the credit thing). Now I just need 10 referrals.

For example, Blockbuster will pay them to bring them new customers. Some people will do the trial month then like it enough to stay subscribed to the service. Some people might forget to cancel, so Blockbuster will have more than enough money to give as an incentive. Also, many people will never get all the referrals they need, so they don't end up getting a PS3 or whatever, but they still did the offer so Blockbuster and the Transcendent Innovations site will both benefit.
