question for people experienced with mycology

buddlight Registered on Jun-21-2006 More User Info Message #292762 posted by buddlight (Info) May 10, 2008 15:01:41 ET I made out one substrate in a jar for mushrooms to grow out of, and injected it with the spore/water mixture 19 days ago. It started forming beautiful mycelium, white spots here and there, no bacteria or anything, couldn't smell or see anything funny, but now it's not forming any more mycelium, and it's filled with water(when I tip the jar a bit I see the water ) Anyone know what the fuck is going on? I used dogfood as a substrate(as suggested by a text on erowid) and added water so it was moist already from that.
