I'm thinking of growing in phoenix AZ in a back yard just a couple of girls.
I'm just curious how and if the LEO's have flybys in major U.S. Cities. everyonce
and awhile i see a low/slow flying cessna, seen it once in 6 months. Should I
just assume thats a LEO plane or just think of it as another plane in the mess.

City growers I need some feed back, please. Nows the perfect time to germ and
plant.

Hi, not a city grower however if you keep your plants low with training or cropping and keep them near other like colored vegetation you ought to be ok. But be careful of the smell and your neighbors. If you keep the plants profile low even low flying planes won't be able to destinguish them from the other veg. Good luck.

back spread out throughout the back yard. I'm going to train/tie, pinch ect. I'll

Well I started to germ the seeds 3 X Nirvanas White Widdow, and 3 X nirvanan's
Big Bud. The temps have gotten well passed the optimal during storing them,
but then again they are seeds from a weed : ).

plant them in little cups inside first, give them a bit to become heat tolerant. after second set of branches start hardening them off(every day put 'em an hr or 2 of direct sunlight) in prder to maximize bud later on plant them in sunny. probably have to stay on that if it get over 100 w/ watering trips. anyhow, as your plants grows it will produce main growing branches. i lay these over attaching to whatever i can, ususlly screen or plant branches. new growing will soon dominate, when they do tie those down, so on & so forth. you'll up production without having too big of tree.
p.s. hang red X-mas bulbs on them just 4 shits & giggles!

being short on funds is all the more reason to start them off inside where they can be better protected until they get a little older to fend for themselves. besides, if you're in the northern hemisphere it's still way too early to be putting them outside. sunrise-sunset is only just over 12 hours right now...i'd hold off for a few more weeks and keep them indoors under lights for a few added hours on each end of the day, at night and morning while keeping em outside during the day.

that's what i'd do if they were mine...

Well i'm still here, and no I havent given up. I ended up with one nice veging
plant I'm hoping it is a female. the leaf fingers went from 5 fingers to 7, 10,
and now its mellowing back down with new leaves having 9 fingers. so from
my experience I have a female. i fed a couple times with half strength ferts
which helped through the couple of light storms I've had. I've tied multiple
times 4 now i'm pretty sure. so its still under a foot tall, yet three feet wide :)
I will continue to tie untill nature turns the timers to 12/12 :) . I'm hoping I
got a White Widdow and not a Big Bud, but honestly I'll be happy with either.
I did notice outdoors lots of little creatures like to stop by and munch here
and there. Not looking like a big deal, but I would like to find out about
some organic sprays I can make from little or nothing.
Comments are welcome. Thats my buddy TJ he's a jack russel, later.
