My boss recently asked me to cultivate a few plants on his property (sounds a
bit sketchy, I know, but he's cool). I've had very little previous experience
growing (just one occasion where I helped out a friend who had a few plants
indoors). We made this decision rather late in the season...probably too late
to complete flowering before a frost...but we decided to go for it anyway as a
trial run. I thought it would be a good opportunity just to see if I could get
anything to grow out there and to troubleshoot any problems. This would, I
figured, give me enough experience to actually pull it off next year.

Unfortunately, my only real connection in the area dried up a couple weeks
ago. As I use cannabis to treat a mild anxiety disorder (my therapist is not a
fan), I suddenly find myself with a vested interest in getting some sort of
harvest out of these plants. So, is there any way to save my children? I live in
a rather cold climate (first frost will probably hit in late October). The seeds
were started indoors at the beginning of June and planted outdoors on the
16th. They are only about 7-8 inches tall at the moment, but they seem to
be flourishing. I was thinking that I could dig them up, put them in pots, and
move them indoors before frost hits in the fall? Or would this be too
traumatic for them?

Help. Suggestions?

if you wanna bring them inside later on but not stress them put them into pots
now ! or the root system will be too big .... when you bring them inside make
sure you spray them with a good pest killer coz bringing nasties into a indoor
grow room is a bad idea ....

laterz

put them in BIG pots now ...ie 10 gallon

i always plan my outdoor harvests for around the end of october as that's about the latest for when most indica's are done...many are ripe weeks sooner! so if they were mine i'd leave em be.

Hm. Well, I only got around to uprooting about half of them yesterday. So, I
guess I'll just leave the others be and see what happens.

Thanks for the help.
