Room Design idea's

All my work has been completed no more painting, sanding or lugging heavy stuff about! The new house looks lush but im missing one thing! Ahhh shit i remember!!! What to do with the 2mx1m space i have found hhhmmm Now this is where u guys come in! throw me sum idea's to have a play with! The system for the room could be flood and drain or DWC or Drip i dont know u choose lol I need sumthing that i can say have a mom, clones & flower.. Take up the offer and lets see what we can produce! Looking forward to ur replies SK

That will work real fast, how is the speed to cure work out. I always figurend 70% hr 70 d.f. 7 days for a primary dry and 7 days for final cure. If you want to up grade look at Relayrunner simtel and tocows. a printer relay controler. I'm a lazy grower and like the idea of remote growing, with some internet programs you can even do it remote control. I did it for a few ??? years and only had one failure. The computer battery died at the same time as a power failure. So I replaced the computer battery every year. I lost a whole day of blooming. If you use a flood and drain with the input to the bottom of the buckets, with a extra over flow tube, That never fails when you use a mag drive pump, with a strainer on intake. Also suggest a intake filter system to stop bugs,pollen,etc

In reply to your other questions, the space is in my basement so the ceilin is about 8foot i think, the RVKS are both 150mm's i also have 2x400hps + 2x400mh with cooltubes and all the other fiddly bits lol. The fans can all be ducted to the outside no problem. Got a couple of carbonfilters etc and a ozone geny, so smell not to much of a problem really. I like the drying rack idea that has used a good space, as the temp from the g/room is perfect for drying. used to just have a big cardboard box in the corner of my old room with a load of vents in it worked well tho. Have only really grown is soil and DWC before, so would be looking forward to try some thing new. Will have to get the old hubby to build it lol but thats cool. OGTG x

The fan is not drawing any air through the drying room and as the temp in the main room is only 75 yer right lol it should be perfect. But on to nicer things the system i really like this idea, nice and remote lol ok i get the idea behind the system such as the flood and the overflow etc but i am a bit confused on the drain! Does this just drain back through the pump when it shuts down or is their a separate drain? If this is the case thats cool. I think i would go with the fill at the top about 2/3 the way up then the drain at the bottom, with one large overflow from one pot! The only thing i do not understand really from this system is how the control switch works? OGTG cheers for the input

Tim Nashly Registered on Aug-04-2005 More User Info Message #17240 posted by Tim Nashly (Info) June 18, 2006 14:45:08 ET In Reply to: Nasty Good job posted by sanclem (Info) June 17, 2006 17:24:35 ET right sanclem,the drying racks have a sizable hole at the bottom underneath the racks so it has proper air flow .something i forgot to say is put a sheet of radiator cover mdf sheet on the hole to make it darker (the stuff with the pre cut holes on),and put a sheet of satin to prevent a bug crawling in (you never no). the top rack can have metal wire grid on so when you remove the rest you have a hanging space ,the others are for just drying the manicured buds ie not a space for "curing" ,you can if you want just remove the racks and fill with jam jars lol. i dont like internet grow systems its like putting a webcam on something illegal and expecting to get away with it lol....i no about the intake filter but on my system i have a sheet of very fine satin material on in and out and any link holes ie dry racks... hope this helps ,,peace

Tim Nashly Registered on Aug-04-2005 More User Info Message #17241 posted by Tim Nashly (Info) June 18, 2006 15:05:13 ET In Reply to: Re: Room Design idea's posted by skunkfest (Info) June 18, 2006 05:35:50 ET i no i have wayyyyy toooo much time lol, with all the questions answered i will get on and change to chamber design to suit ,if you want i will step by step design the scimatics for your hubby lol or will he be fine? it is possible to put 2 400 watts in the flowering chamber but a 400watt only needs 1m squared and the flo room is that ,so if you can afford the electricity bill and want better bud then put it in lol , the cool tubes are cool im on the way to get one myself as they are excellent for lowering the heat generated and in summer you need them unless your system is underground lol. i suggest you put the ozone genny in the basement outside the box if you where going to put it inside . as the design shows if you look carefully the dry racks have a hole cut out at the bottom on my room is 40cm by 30cm at the bottom of the racks for ventalation also put a sheet of radiator cover mdf (with pre cut holes in it)to darken the dry chamber and build a extra rack for the top and instead of satin material put wire metal grid or chicken wire for the use of a hanging rack (after manicuring ) thats it i'll try to get the design finish by tomoz if i can get time for it with cool tubes and all lol.... peace and OVER GROW THE GOVENMENT lol : )
