could someone tell me...

I found about 30 budding females by my place that have lots of seeds but also lots of thick white hairs. the colas are kind of small but they're They're totaly wild plants no ferts, no lights but the sun, not too many bugs. I tried smoking a little bit but I'm not sure how to dry and cure properly and it turned brown and didn't catch a buzz. And I don't want to let those go to waste if they are any good if anyone has an idea please help thanks sorry that took so long

Mabey some one did plant them but from what people said those have been there for years and everyone just buys dank they wouldn't go near swag especially if they had to dry and cure and wait. Basically I just came across another different patch of plants.. In a few weeks ill post a pic or two in pictures only of the plants before cutting them. But I'm still not sure if its worth the hassle

george j warner Registered on Sep-02-2006 More User Info Message #8407 posted by george j warner (Info) August 23, 2007 21:19:55 ET In Reply to: Re: could someone tell me... posted by budtrips (Info) August 23, 2007 20:02:40 ET good enough for me... cut them down take them now remove all the leaves with a pair of scissors and hang upside down in a cardboard box (use fishing line or dental floss like washing lines accros the box )for 2 days .. where theres air flow ie not a cupboard after 2 days of hanging remove them and place in a cardboard box for 3/4 days with a heater in the room and also a desk fan and leave a window open slighly. they will dry out quickly after that ... when the time comes where you can snap a stalk but not snap in 2 its ready for curing .. take all buds and put in a bin liner for 2 days flap over top , then wrap them up into a ball in the bin liner and squeeze them tightly (crush the buds into each other) remove and place a hand full of buds in to kitchen wrap/cling film /snadwhich wrap . and wrap into a ball .. do this to all the bud put in a dark place for 3/5 days then smoke all you want ..................................... it sound alot but when you get a kilo it will be worth it :)

But should I wait to cut since they're only like 10% browned or will hair color not make a difference in potency. Also what happens when the finished product smells different, like butter like amature cured crap? Leave it in saran wrap for another week or does curing have little effect on potency and only for the dank skunk smell? Ps does it matter if there isn't that much trichs?

I know my question was pretty newbie-ish but I'm not at all new to growing I've grown indoor years ago got all scientific with it but never found wild plants that I know nothing about so as why I asked if it was at all worth my time.
