i have before ... depends how much rot there is as long as there isnt any powdery mildew it will be fine .
if the bud is completely covered i wouldnt try it . if theres only like 30/ 40 % mold it will be ok
what i do to help the situation if you get mold i before or after the harvest hold the molding bud in your palm and squeeze then dry the bud fast infront of a fan heater ...NOT TO CLOSE!!! this will kill the rot ,then dry it out loads so its brittle as fuck (de-humidifier works best), then put it in a cardboard box in the airing cupboard in the dark for a couple of weeks ... then make hash/oil
