Is it still safe to use

Was wondering if it is still safe to use seedsboutique? About a year ago I ordered and never recieved anything at all or any response - But they were going thru hard times I heard . So willing to try them again if they are in better shape now. So- has anyone ordered recently from them and how did it go?
