i came across it looking for any info if/where variegated cultivars of cannabis exists.

i am a horticulturist or variegated cultivars, with a flare for entheogenic studies. so far the only known entheogen i have in my garden is salvia d- it is luckily legal in my state (so far).

If you were looking for info, i wonder if you came across this?

http://www.420magazine.com/forums/seeds-clones-strains-breeding/74209-general-irregularities-anomalies-cannabis-relating-transgressive-segregation.html

Would the newer "purple strains" qualify? I've also seen pics of bud that was a pretty pink color, and also some with deep red coloring. I had a plant that was almost black in color. These were all the actual bract color, not the pistils color.

Cannabis will mutate fairly easily using stress and/or chemical manipulation, but i dont know if anyone has succesfully bred for colors, and then was able to stabilize it genetically so that every seed grows a pink plant, for instance. I think the efforts have been more geared towards increased thc content

Get yourself a 20 acre plot and plant several thousand seeds and keep doing it until a brilliant yellow plant comes along.

That would be pretty cool if we could get different colors tho. Good luck with it.

thanks, i found only this pic so far:

i'm not interested in the plain green, but yeah purple strains would be interesting to work with.

only cuz i am more interested in the ornamental phenotype than the content.

i guess focus on its content is why there aren't any blatantly green-white or green-yellow variegated cannabis cultivars around, considering marijuana has been cultivated globally for at least several millenia

I have seen skunk #1 display variegated shades of green in
its leaves, sort of like the variegated diefenbachias...
