if i was to grow one or two plants, what is the most inexpensive lighting i can
use? i dont care if i dont get a huge yield, so long as i have some buds to
smoke. im a college student, so naturally i have no money. this is the reason i
like to grow instead of buy. so with that in mind, whats the cheapest lighting
that will get one or two plants to grow? im desperate. or if you have some old
lights hangin around e-mail me at freeshaman9@yahoo.com

you can get by using flouro's but you should use at least 4 tubes...2 on top and one on each side but lower than the top ones to light up the sides as flouro's lack penetration. i would use 4 40W, 18-24" tubes for this set up in an upside down "flattened U-shape"...if ya get the picture.

and you're going to want to plant at least 8 seeds to get a couple keepers that are female and even with that it's going to be iffy...best to find a grower who has some clones to spare. it's not really practical or cost effiecient to grow only one...

i dont know if i can get clones because i just moved to NY and i only know a few
people other than family that grows from seed(i can probably get a clipping
from them), but i do have 5 seeds from seedbotique that were free with my
order. i want to try and grow them indoor as an experiment. i just wish that
lights were cheaper! i have a $450 a month rent, and i can hardly pay that.

keep checking in...they pop up there every now & then. you also might want to check around and post at the many grow sites about looking for used equipment...
