Just make sure you use the non toxic pest strips .... they do a great job in the growroom.

Yep, thats a box elder bug. We used to have some box elder trees in the backyard, and in the spring those trees would be swarming with thousands of these. They dont bite, and i dont remember them doing any harm to the trees, like eating leaves. It was a long time ago, my memory isnt clear, and i'm curious if youre seeing any damage to the plants from these bugs.

they just latch on and it seem like they suck the juices out of the trunk. there is
no leaf damage and i havent seen any problems with the plant, theyre just
always on it. i just hope that the dont stick to it when it comes to flowering.

Well...if you hear a snap, crackle, pop while burning a bud, one might have slipped thru, haha.

We live in a place once where yellowjackets would settle right on top of the buds, and seem to go comatose. They wouldnt move for days on end, and seemed to be passed out most of the time. They never did any damage at all, and i can only guess they were eating a few trics and getting high. Who knows, maybe your boxelder bugs are eating the few trics that are found on the stems.

Maybe if you leave them on the plants for a few days, and then eat them yourself, you might get a buzz from them....just joshing ya, too much coffee this morning.
